The Shadow Odyssey Box Set is supported?

Hey guys I purchased The Shadow Odyssey Box Set in hopes of trying out the EQ2 Emulator and after installing using the simple guide here, I connected to the TessEq2 server . I can't seem to play more than 5 minutes at a time and the game will lock up .. usually when I click on something .. npc etc. I looked at the alertlog.txt and this is what I found:

I thought "out of the box" Shadow Odyssey was supported?

It is supported. If an incompatible client tries to connect, at the login screen you'll get a message that your client is not compatible, and tell you to update using the patcher. If you managed to log on to a server, then your client is compatible. The errors you're looking at are probably some kind of bug.

Those are very similar to the issues I was having as well in another thread, I believe some things were addressed that helped it so I wouldn't crash as "frequent".
