Welcome aboard, Hex. Grab the source, take a look around! We have plenty of posts about what could be done, or what is started but unfinished. Check Project Status and Bug Tracker for infos.

If i make some patches and fix some stuff what do i have to do to become a part of the dev team?

To start with, just make your changes to a local server, test them as thorough as possible, post your diffs to the dev submissions forum (so Scatman can check them out and we can test them too), and usually after we see you are serious we'll just bump you to a dev.
As you probably know, it's a lot of work setting someone new up, and not many have stuck with EQ2Emu - for whatever silly reason... so please be patient with any trial periods we may require
