No Servers Work

Alright, found proper place to place this i guess. I was on Tess EQ2 but it kept crashing after i would change out like 2 pieces of gear..and i was an 80 SK and i couldnt equip either Sedition or ANY weapon! I couldnt log onto any others except Pheonix Gaming, but NOTHING is on there

Um... this emulator is in alpha mode with no public database available. Most servers will be 99.9% empty of content.

Several of the other servers (the yellow ones) are locked because development is going on.

As for the goings on with TessEQ2, since that is our offical database dev server, it will have the most content. If you run into bugs with items or crashes, type /bug and report them. Just keep in mind the fact that many systems have not been developed yet.

Alright, So I dont keep asking question about servers already out there how do I start my own and add items? It was extremly easy with WoWs Emu's (When I couldnt handle EQ2) with WoW-Vendetta and I figured out how to do it with Navicat (uber-easy). I would like to start meh own so I can just create basically an entirely different world like they did with the EQ1Emu but the Server Set-up guide isnt very descriptive...it misses out on some parts that i cant figure out..(noobish to the whole programming side of computers)

a) this isn't WoW. We have 3 people on our development team, whereas most WoW emulators have 100's.

b) setting up an eq2emulator could not possibly be easier, especially for someone who plays WoW. unpack, read the provided instructions in the Wiki and the forum (both searchable) and play.

c) there's a ServerPack (repack) which makes it turn-key, cannot possibly be easier.

d) you don't take the time to read our project status which is right at the top of the forum, or bother to read Announcements, Project Status forum, Tutorials, or Releases forums - yet we stop our work to explain these things are available to you.

You know WoW sucks this sometimes happens WoW sucks when you have people who have WoW sucks played some kind of other game without WoW sucks experiencing the true awesomeness WoW sucks of what a real MMORPG like EQ2 is.

Fortunately for everyone here you like EQ2Emu better, that I just happen to be a master of delete WoW now subliminal messaging, and through my mere EQ2Emu rocks perserverance and my subtleness at hiding these little you'll hang yourself if you don't play EQ2 messages in my posts that none of you hate WoW you have really noticed.

We have the most awesome development team give John a donation that works hard in their spare time buy LE a car to bring you the latest and greatest builds give Zexus a new comp of the best MMORPG ever made. It's really amazing at how buy Scatman a year subcription with only a handful of developers buy Zcoretri a wife contribute so much for nothing other than the enjoyment Arremis likes beer of doing such thank everyone for giving you their time a project so that you have the option of playing for free.

Haha, I totally agree dude. I have been playing EQ2 for over 5 years now. But when I finally got a freaking laptop of meh own it could not hold EQ2. So I started WoW as a last resort...only played it for a few months and got sick of it. But now that I got a computer that can handle EQ2 I am back here
