Bug IDs: 120, 124 & 130

Greetings:

I couldn't find posts for these bugs and wasn't sure where to place them, so I made a new topic .

here is the fix for the emote bugs I found in bugtracker (120, 124 & 130):

insert into emotes values (180, 'clap', 10760, 'claps.', 'claps for %t.')
insert into emotes values (181, 'eye', 0, 'raises an eyebrow.', 'raises an eyebrow at %t.')

FYI, the post-bug-to-forum is relatively new, so older bugs do not have forum posts. I'll be sure to update the original bugs once we verify they are fixed in dev.
