We're a month passed our original deadline of Jun 1st 2010 to decide whether or not to shut down this project due to a lack of interest. It has become painfully obvious that no one a) has the ability to write c++ code, or b) cares what happens to this project.
As of earlier this week, I was pulling the plug. LE's servers (hardware) are going away in July, and the domain is owned by Rogean, who has no reason to keep it going if the project is this dead. After hearing all that, and still seeing zero progress on our project, I lost all hope.
Since then, the current team has done a great job of working me over, insisting that I do whatever I can to preserve at least the content of this website somewhere, so whomever chooses to continue this effort has a good place to start. So with that, I have agreed to xfer all services from LE to my own host, buy the domain, and allow the site to remain open - although all "official" development from us is done.
Unofficially, we'll see...
FYI, during the transition from LE's hardware, there may be a few days where this site is unavailable. Be patient while the new DNS propagates, and the services get restored. This transfer of ownership should happen sometime in the next few weeks.
Stay tuned.
