Client Errors (.dll files)

I had, and am still having a few issues with client based driver files. I managed to locate copies of a few of the drivers. However there is 1 that is still giving me hell. I am going to try to use the Sony Universal Product Downloader and see if I can get what I need from it, but for now, I will post up the few driver files that I was able to find that worked.

Bad files:
nspr4.dll
xul.dll
js3250.dll

The errors happen when you attempt to bypass the launcher and use EverQuest2.exe directly rather then using EQ2.exe .

Here is a Rar package with xul.dll and nspr4.dll fixed and working.
http://www.mediafire.com/?ydm1fdm1hjy

js3250.dll still needs some work or i got a bad copy. Currently i get an error calling for a point of entry that is not found something like JS_IsSystemObject etc..,

When I fix that I will post it up

If anyone has an easier solution to this, please feel free to share.

**EDIT**
The Universal Patcher did fix my dll problem, however it also changed the version of my client to one that is NOT compatible with the server. So for now it is back to the drawing board. My end goal is to solve everyones client driver issues by slapping together a fully working client that does not crash or does not have the support issues I am starting to see alot of.

I'm not exactly sure what you are trying to do here. The box sets of ROK/TSO work off-the-shelf, with a few scattered issues with in-game functionality (due to their age, and evolution of the server code) and the Sentinel's Fate client off-the-shelf is our next "official" client to support.

We, as a project, do not support (or condone) back-patching, hacking, or getting the SOE client "free" from anywhere - so please be sure to steer clear of that sort of conversation here. The most we allow is the use of a client patcher (found in Releases) which will attempt to use your current client files from SOE, and provide a compatible Everquest2.exe.

Again, if you do not purchase EQ2 Client officially, it is not supported here.

Thanks

To eliminate ANY AND ALL Confusion. I did purchase my EQ2. I have the 'All in 1 Set" that includes Expansions up to Ehoes Of Faydwer, and then I have seperate boxes for all my other expansions. So the files I have uploaded are DIRECTLY from my OFFICIAL "PURCHASED Client. However, because of the way SOE works, upon the installation of my game, I am updated with "Streaming Files" which take away my clients "Stand Alone" capabilities. Because of that I recieve errors in the .dll files you see above. Now if I am getting those errors, then I can only assume it is safe to say others are having those issues. Once again these files are from MY OFFICIAL (AND YES) PAID FOR CLIENT. Now as far as what is condoned here and what is not. I am providing proper and OFFICIAL files provided by SOE. You are guys are working with source that is NOT PROVIDED SOE AND IS ALSO NOT ALLOWED TO BE RE-ENGINEERED and are a complete breach of Global Lisencing Laws and Provisions, SO PLEASE DO NOT COME AT ME LIKE i HAVE DONE ANYTHING WRONG. I have simply posted working client files in order to help other LEGAL Client Owners, these files are exactly as they are found when provided from SOE, and I have done so as I am legally allowed to do as a purchaser of the game.
