Ability Mods

Browsing official forums and found something I didn't know about ability mods so thought I'd put it here for future reference.
Basically, ability mod adds that number to your abilities´ damage or heal numbers. It may only add 50% of the LOWER value to your abilities. So if you have a spell that does 500-1000 damage, you may at most have 250 ability mod credited to it. anything higher than that cap wont count. there are some spells like priest reactive heals that act slightly differently, but thats the jist of it really.
