Forum Upgrade & Spam

I performed a major upgrade to the forums yesterday, and already the spam scripters are flying in the door (thanks phpBB3 for being one of the only forums that can't effectively block bots). So for the next few days til I get some time to re-incorporate LE's Anti-Spam code, please ignore the bullshit.
Sorry about that.
Moderators, please delete the posts or ban the spam user(s) when you see them.
Thanks

Pardon me while I experiment on you all... there are some new permissions settings on the new forum software, so if you find you have lost access to something, please PM me.

NEW REGISTRANTS!
If you have registered for a forum account since August 1st, 2010, and have NOT activated your account via the emailed activation link, your account has been deleted and you must register again.
This does not affect anyone who completed the registration process via the emailed activation link.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but due to the upgrade mentioned above, there was a truck load of invalid registrations - thanks to bots/scripts/whatever, that I'd rather just purge than waste time sorting through.
Thanks for your understanding.
