I've been lurking here for some months, but given the slumbering state of the emulator and reading that there is only one active content developer, I'd like to volunteer for that role.
I spent 6 months in game design school before dropping out, served as a level design intern on 2 MMO's, and have plenty of free time in the evenings and weekends to dedicate to something productive.
Let's be honest here: The free version of EQ2 is so terribly botched it boggles the mind. There needs to be an alternate way to introduce people to the lovely world of Norrath. We should be that route.
More than willing to lend a hand, just couldn't find a "Apply to be a content developer here" thread floating around out there!
