Cannot Save the ___ini File

When i try to save teh CL LS i get a message saying cannot create the ______ini file : make sure the path and file name are correct.. am i doin something wrong w admin? im usin windows vista

What are you using to edit the file with? Are you running it as an administrator? Is the file you trying to edit read only?

i wasnt using admin!! found that out last night.. Where does every1 hide? surely i really couldnt have been the only one online between all the servers yesturday.. could i?

i got a char on tess server whos locked in death.... so far i couldnt zoen on one server now i never recoverd from a death
