Split up Zone/Login Appearance updates

Mostly as a reminder to myself... we should seperate Login Zone updates from Login Appearance updates loops, since when zones are being updated, Login keeps requesting Appearance updates over and over til Zones are done - and vice versa.
Zone updates should be on a slower timer, since they are not as critical as Login Appearance updates.
Zones can update once every 6 hours, whereas Login Appearances should update hourly, at the most.
Only way to achieve this is to seperate them in ThreadReturnType ServerUpdateLoop(void* tmp) (Login code)
