Old TessEQ2 Bugs re-assigned

Devs,

Any bugs that were previously discovered on TessEQ2 can now be found in the Bug Tracker under "EQ2Emulator" (EQ2TC).

After we get the current work completed (or when we have spare time), let's please look over some of these server(code) bugs and see about fixing them, or closing the case if they are invalid/obsolete reports.
