Hey Scat, I was talking to my friend (DeeDee) who said she is "getting in shape" for an event in Dec. Warrior Dash haha. Made me think of you.

You going in again? Did you do the Tough Mudder, too?

Nahh Tough Mudder in New Jersey is November 8. I signed up for it with a few buddies of mine but I just found out last week I have to go to Chicago for work that week and weekend so I can't go anymore. I'm kind of sad because I really wanted to do it and have been training pretty hard for it but happy at the same time so that I don't have to endure hell on earth that day. Next time!

Warrior Dash is a walk in the park compared to Tough Mudder, lol. But still a good workout, especially for someone who hasn't been running for a while. They give you cool stuff too. You get a t-shirt that says "I survived the Warrior Dash", an UBER Warrior Dash mug, >>>one<<< free beer afterwards , a huge medieval sized chicken leg, and a viking helmet! Tell her to stay in a hotel nearby for the night too, the after party is a blast. The hotels are packed with Warrior Dash people. We met a group of like 10 people and just got hammered at the hotel bar with them - lots of good looking girls!

They take professional pictures of you too as you're in the last stretch, crawling through mud under barbed wire fence and jumping over fire pits. It's really cool to see
