Details:
For the 1046+ clients, we cannot log in because the new title opcodes are wrong. Please fix them once and for all!

I think this is just an opcode slide. I set the OP_UpdateTitleCmd to 483 for range 1045-1046, and I can log in fine. I just wanted Zcoretri to look at the entire range, in case more have moved for the Halas Reborn client(s).

Note: 1096 does not have this problem.
