New "Commands"

We have been using a fairly old `commands` table for years, with manually adding a command here and there as needed. It occurred to me these commands are in the packet logs... with a little tweaking, I have added "raw_commands" to our parser tables. Here's a list of what is not currently in our eq2.commands table:

Don't go nuts implementing all these commands, now ;) This is just my casual way of bragging that I just figured out my first packet-convertin-to-something-useful in my entire EQ2Emu career. ~bows~

Btw, these commands are as of the latest 1145 version collects.
