replace INTERNAL_IP_HERE (If:9000
with 192.168.1.4:9000
also make sure you edited your other ini file to point to your mysql database.

Also, which other ini file do you mean ? and how do I make it point to my db ? (I am not understanding what you mean here, sorry)

Just a note, In my server version 0.2, it is listed this way "INTERNAL_IP_HERE (If:9000 " and it still boots up, I take it that changed in 0.3 ?

Ok I got that one done, I put it in the main folder with world.exe (it was inside the config folder I think when I downloaded the precompile) I tried with it in the config folder and it didn't work either. I had to move a few files to the main folder before the world.exe would do anuthing though.

Get rid of the (IF 9000 part. The only thing you should have listed there is your internal IP address, which would be either 127.0.0.1 or if your behind a router it would be something like 192.168.2.1 or similar.
