• Login problems.

I was able to login to Clan Crushbone server without any problems. But now I am having difficulty getting logged in anywhere.
My first problem is when I try to login to character select screen with my first account, I get the following error.
EverQuest II has detected an unrecoverable error and must shutdown.
<verify> E:\dev\eq2\game\client\src\ClientNEt.cpp (532): i_retval == Z_OK
It may just be coincidence, but I noticed this started when Clan Crushbone went offline. I noticed that because I decided to make another login account.
My second problem is I cannot login to any of the 5 servers online right with my second account.
I have a character on Sytherian, but get the following error when trying to login...
There was an error that prohibited the server from letting you play. Please try again in a few minutes.
I have a character on Crushbone, but when I login my clients displays "Connecting to zone server" for a short while, then kicks back to the login screen.
When I try creating a character on Dark Musketeers, the character won't create and get I get the message...

Well, as the admin for Sytherian, I can speak as to why you can't login to my server

My server is currently set to only accept local logins. It will allow you to create a character, unfortunately it will not allow you to connect though. I would guess that is the same problem with Dark Musketeers

Hmm, yah I see that the error started popping up around the 13th. So far I don't know what is causing it but I'll keep an eye on it. I made quite a few changes to both login and world for 0.4. Once it is released (hopefully tomorrow) let me know if it still happens.

ZexisStryfe : Thanks for the reply. At least that solves some of it.
LethalEncounter : Thanks. I'll see what happens after 0.4 goes online. I plan to setup a server when you release it.
PS - I just noticed that Clan Crushbone was back online, so I tried logging in with my first account. It worked. Again, it may be coincidence, or it may be something to look at.

I reset the login server right after I made my post so it could have just needed a reset.
