I don't have a clue what Im supposed to do when it comes to getting the SVN codes/files from this site. I tried to connect via internet but it asks for a username and password that I dont know. I also tried it on TortoiseSVN but to encounter the same result. I don't know a lot about SVN's.

You can grab the latest server repack from this thread. I'll check on the public svn access.
