All,

I know you're probably getting as tired of hearing that our official server is down, about as much as I am of saying it is down. This time, it's been crashed since May 7th, 2012 and no one noticed. Why? Because from an "Uptime" perspective, it's running fine. I have been too busy at work to watch it, and from our team's viewpoint, the server was running.

Since no players ever report the server is inaccessible, we have no idea.

I cannot force people to talk to us, but the only ones suffering in your silence is the player community. SPEAK UP when something doesn't work, and usually someone will get my attention to fix it.
