Details:
Resisted spells return to their full reuse timer, while they are supposed to be like 0.5 second reuse timer if they are resisted I believe.
Spawn: a wilderbear cub (2780082), Zone: 278

This part of spell mechanics has not been implemented yet

Fixed this but Zcoretri and I were unable to verify that when a spell is resisted the recast for that spell is 0.5 sec

Did some testing after i woke back up from falling asleep in my chair. There is also a .1 delay in the actual display of the recast so i added .1 on resist to what is displayed.

Solar Flare
Cast 2.0
Recast 3.0
on resist 1.3 visual with delay 1.4

Shackle
cast 2.0
recast 6.0
on resist 2.7 visual with delay 2.8

Ice Spears
cast 1.0
recast 10.0
on resist 2.8 visual with delay 2.9

Magma Chamber
cast 2.0
Recast 30.0
on resist 2.9 visual with delay 3.0
