Howdy all, brand new here tonight. Looks to be a great project thats gotten pretty dang far in a short amount of time. I am a current player of the EQEmu of the past and present and enjoy it quite a bit, a way for dev's to put their own mark in a great game. I am hoping to see this project launch into an amazing thing as EQEmu did with some of its servers and projects. I was wondering if it was possible to get the trial client from Sony, the Echoes of Faydwer 14 day trial, and patch it to play with the EQ2Emu. I won't be getting another copy of EQ2 for a couple more weeks (payday) and was hoping to check this project out sooner.

I have kingdom of sky expansion box. will i be able to connect to the server if i dont patch?

The ONLY way to play is with the retail box of rok no other version will work.

Only with RoK expansion client or the client for the Noember 18th

Welcome to the project, nice to see a new face. As stated above, you'll need to have the Rise Of Kunark expansion disc to be able to actively play on the emulator at this time.
