EQ2Emulator ServerPack 1.4 Release!

Here's the latest update to the EQ2Emulator ServerPack v1.4, which contains current code changes over the last 10 months.

What's Included?
  • EQ2LoginServer (minilogin) v1.2
    EQ2Emulator Release 0.7.1 (svn 1659- Aug 14, 2012) World server (32-bit and 64-bit* binaries for Windows)
    EQ2Emulator Database Milestone 1 Release including all current LUA Scripts
    Client Compatibility: 7628L (up through Destiny of Velious box+patched clients!)
    *NEW* Xampp 1.8.1 - including all components pacakged with Xampp!
What's New?
  • - Client 7628L support! Older clients also compatible, but Destiny of Velious is our new base client standard!

    - 75% of this release cycle was spent getting DoV client compatible (we had to start from scratch!)
    - Major improvements to combat and movement (thank you Jabantiz!)
    - Tons of raw data work (DB Milestone 2, not yet released) and work on the EQ2PacketCollector
    - Traits and Traditions systems have been started
    - Passive Spells functionlity started (and continuing into the 0.7.2 cycle)
    - World and Custom Chat Channels added
    - Started work on AoD+ client compatibility
    - Lots of Bug Fixes (see ChangeLog)
    - Huge update to the server pack itself which now uses Xampp package for easier updating

There is an error whit Xamp, My.ini
Like
socket = "D:/EQ2Emulator-ServerPack/xampp/mysql/mysql.sock"

In you installation Guide you say to install it on C ^^ :p Maybe you should mention user to edit my.ini corresponding to there installation

That is odd cause i dropped mine on my D: drive and had zero issues with it.

The reason i didn't have any issues look's like is because i haven't got around to reinstalling mysql and such on this box.

If you're already running your own instance of mysql and such i would recomend using the svn but if you are not then the ServerPack is perfect for you.
