LE,
I was putting around some of the new zones from RoK yesterday and noticed that several of the new zones are not in the database. These include all the epic instances, chelsith, chardok 1 and 2, gorowyn housing and several more. All the info for these zones is in the VPKs from 4523, but they haven't been updated in the distributed database.
In addition, there are a few entries in the zones database that are not correct and have the wrong file name and such. They are pretty easy to spot since they don't follow the Exp04_rgn/dun_ZONE_NAME formula of all the other zones.

About RoK zone, I have just update some zone (at release of rok server I have give it to LE), but not take time for make a complete new zone list, I will post the new zone list in some day
