need a help on shortkeys

Hello world!
While my homebred game port is passing through its rough pre-alfa test I am still dubious in some issues you know... That's because I am a noob in games completely and suck with EQ2 in particular, I never expect if ti'll be program glitch, either I'll just need a proper shortkey,
so please help,

HOW TO
- select objects (NPCs, PCs, expendables etc etc ) in game with mouse;
- open doors - because i am passing through them directly like a ghost;
- harvesting, mining
WHY my quick action is always appears to be read - like range style of combat, spells and actions there...
