question on client server -

Ive been playing with eq-PEQ, wow emulators for awhile now and wanted to try eq2 as its one of my fav games. I noticed most of the psts were older so wanted some up to date info (as of 7/26/13)

Is the Destiny of Veilous still THE goto client? Im asking cuz ill fork out the $ to get a copy if it is. A while back I DLed the sever from here and got it up and running (though I didnt have the client to test it) it all seemed happy.. which is the most complete server version to date with all the parts (log in/world etc)

been reading the forums for a bit. but most of the posts are pretty old and wanted to be sure to get the latest etc...

Anyway thanks for all the effort in to thso project. I LOVE emulators and love to edit and run them. Its great to know peps are interested in it also...

The current live client is somewhat compatible but it's still being worked on so you could try that. Recommend you backup a client for emu use if you plan to mess around on it. You caught us at a weird time because a new game update just came out and clients changed a bit .

Post if you have any problems setting up.
