Public Login - Planned Outage

The Public Login is offline for a while so I can attempt to upgrade the Linux server hosting it.
ETA: If there are no problems, later today (5pm MST) it should be back online.

Scratch that. Upgrading my linux box failed. I think it is just too old to 'do-release-upgrade'. I'll build a new one someday
For now, services are back in action.

Yeah, it's a virtual machine so I took a snapshot before beginning. Took about 2 hours to decide to fail
