Details:
Whenever I turn in a quest step, the server console reports: Error in COMMAND_ACCEPT_REWARD. No pending quest or collection reward was found (unknown=0).
Spawn: Yasha Redblade (4700005), Zone: FrostFang Sea

I just posted a fix for this bug, the Accept Reward command got partially rewritten at some point and the order of the function got changed, so this error which should only happen if both a collection AND quest reward weren't found, was getting triggered.
