Details:
Level one character, Inquisitor, Unable to use my Ministration heal spell or Invocation damage spell Autoattack works fine.
Spawn: N/A (0), Zone: FrostFang Sea

Not sure EQ2DB spells have made it to EQ2TC yet, think all but the new classes are done so should be safe to move them over now.

I'll see if I can get this done this week.

Edit: Dev spells are moved over completely.
