is what i get when i get into the server after about 20 seconds i made a dark elf and walked around got near some NPC's and then it gave me that error , is it fixable?

Odin, I am now running the latest SVN on TessEQ2. I haven't seen the World crash in a week, so if you'd like to walk around again and see what you can find, let me know.
Edit: I lied... there's still a problem with my spawns.
