Loading Opcodes

thefoof pointed out that the way we loaded opcodes was excessive and was 60% of the memory the server used, all 150k items on the other hand only used 6%.

I made some changes to how the server stores opcodes, I have tested this and don't think I made any new issues but keep an eye out.

For reference, before the change a 32 release build was at 667mb after start up, after the changes it is 272mb.
