I could equip the 'Bodyguard's Kasa' helmet. I picked this questreward to see if I indeed could run around with a funny hat on my head. Though apperances are unchanged with the new hat equipped.

The COE Items list (all 150,000 of them) has never been validated by anyone, so much work needs to be done tuning items properly.

Since SOE limited their RESTful API, I cannot even update them automatically anymore, though I haven't tried for months.
