Details:
Doing the 'Pilgrim Scout' quest im to walk up and find my path blocked by stone and ice avalanche. The path is not blocked but the quests updates as if it were.
Spawn: N/A (0), Zone: FrostFang Sea

Not only is the iceberg not there but unless you hug the wall it wont update the quest.

Also the iceberg did show up once.
