Does not show on quest tracker, appeared on 1 toon but not the other.

NOTE: Issue with the journal/tracker and not the specific quest, can happen to any quest. Can get it to show by opening the journal and deselecting it and reselecting it, need to determine the packets that are screwing up to prevent it from working properly.
