Details:
Attempted to use A Barricade at designated location. Barricade did not deploy, quest item disappeared from inventory - Quest Broke.
Spawn: Yasha Redblade (4700005), Zone: Frostfang Sea

I know what happened there, if you double click on the item it wont do anything, works if you right click and "use"
Just set the double click to function the same as the "use" button.
