Marked the other one like this as duplicate as both are related to the flanking code in the server core.

Think I have a fix for this locally, just a question before it gets committed, does flanking include behind or is it only the sides, if only the side what angles? (angle > 45 && angle < 135) || (angle > 225 && angle < 315) ?

Well i had typed it all out but lets be honest here i'm shit at explaining things. Here's a picture :D

Flanking is to the sides and rear of a target, basically anywhere you can take the target unawares without him seeing you.
So I would say anywhere around 60 degrees to around 300 degrees.
Its a game so there's no need for 90-270, after all i remember live being quite generous with its "flanking" code.
To such an extent i could round around the mob and be able to use flanking ability's, also stunning a target and running to the back of him in order to use flanking skills.

Also i just finished a flanking bruiser spell and i think i commented on the fact that flanking was mental, stood behind the mob but not flanking :\
Additionally, could you pm me the "must be facing" script code please? or put it on the wiki and pm me a link to it, it seems a few of them i'm working on atm are facing ones, but i have no idea how to force something like that into the spell. Great work with flanking tho!!!!
I cant see it killing the server but it may have an incorrect tooltip. Muhahaha :twisted:
