New Server

Post by John Adams » Wed Aug 06, 2014 9:29 am

Let me know if anything isn't working right here. I have moved all my sites to a fresh new web server in a last-ditch effort to try and speed things up. If it is still slow, I will relocate to professional hosting.

Jab (or someone) please test all your features out. Portal, Account Management, ProjMan, Bug Tracker, Wiki, Server List, and of course, DB Editor. I think they are all working.

What is this ProjMan you speak of?

Quickly went over every thing, did a simple search on projman and bugs (holy crap I got 53 bugs assigned to me...), made a new login account, failed a few times saying duplicate name but finally got one to go through, I must have another forum account with the other names registered, hell if I know what it is though.

DB editor looks fine, just looked at logs and clicked each tab, will try actually doing something with it later tonight to make sure it all still works.

Only thing I found that didn't work is the website for the game server, http://eq2.mmoemulators.com/index.php?db=eq2tc, linked from the server info page.

EDIT: DB patcher seems to work too.

EDIT2: Tried to delete the login account I made and got an sql error, went back and tried again and it worked so probably was just a fluke, here is the error message though just in case.
General Error

SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2) [2002]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.
