Was playing with the merchant packet (packet used to create a guild, as well as a bunch of other stuff) trying to see if we can manipulate it to allow creating a guild without a full group and stumbled across this.

WTF is this  Any one seen this or a window similar to this?

PS: no luck on the guild thing, I think it is related to another packet that I have no clue about its contents.

Can't speak specifically of Porkupuncture, but i believe this is similar to the popup for gnome races, isn't it?

Those flying races? If so I only did that once a long time ago and don't remember the window to start it. They are only active during the city festivals right? Will have to check it out next month and get a log of the window if it is the same.

Just checked out the flying races in qeynos now that the festival is active and I don't see this window. If I remember right there was a race in antonica during some of the holiday events, will check it out during nights of the dead to see if this window shows up.

Checked the ghost hunter race in antonica and it is the same generic windows that the flying gnome race uses, so not for that.

Any one seen this window?
