Appearances Table
OK well I think I have gotten to the point where I can create a spawn with all the necessary entries for color, model, etc. I find the longest part of making any mob is finding /spawn equipment for them. Found myself making cookie cutter mobs in my GMhall each with a different set of gear from the listing. Skipping for the moment all the odd hats/cloaks/misc snapables with a text when hailed which appearance_IDs they are wearing. I have searched the forums and have not found (yet anyways) a better way to see them any other ideas?

All the model ID's are in the `appearances` table as well as the names. This is every thing, player/weapon/armor/npc/objects. If you want a visual of them I have most weapon models here but none of the others, due to the huge number of model id's it took forever to get those and haven't gotten to the others yet.

Re: Appearances Table
I filtered down the appearances table to "name contains accessories/wearable" and I am about 1/10th of the way through makeing cookie cutter spawns wearing the different sets. Made a simple spawn script for them all that will tell you the appearance ID number of what they are wearing in each slot. Perhaps there is a better way but this way I have a visual on all the different armor sets. Then when I want to make a NPC to match live content I can easily tell what set of gear they are wearing. Seems some of the sets don't render tho leaving the model naked.

Re: Appearances Table
There is some blank models that they use for appearance slot armor on live. Also it is possible some were changed/removed in the newer clients and don't work properly any more.Plague wrote:Seems some of the sets don't render tho leaving the model naked.
