I forgot how to do this portion. I have the trunk with the MySQL database files as bz2. Do I need to extract and do a mass import?

The guy who once had a full development server setup with a couple custom NPCs but forgot to how do everything.

On content svn under trunk/database/dumps/dev_db there is a file, EQ2DBProject_Current.tar.gz, it is the complete database, all you have to do is extract that and import that single sql file.
