NPC mitigation

How is NPC mitigation currently done? Does gear currently effect NPC status? The reason I am asking is that I have been going through much of the attack code and noticed that there is currently no NPC mitigation field in the database.

You can equip NPC's with gear so the stats effect them, however currently there is no mitigation calculations at all, for player or NPC.

I would think all NPC's would have a base mitigation though?

On live it was always said NPC's don't have mitigation, and that is why pets died so fast. We don't have to do that here though and we probably could add a field for mit or an equation for a base mit per level, but again as of now it will be useless until we add in equations for mit. This would be something to consider for the future.

I have went ahead and added that and a few other fields to my database. I did a base equation for mitigation and I will tweak it later as I go through the levels. Since I am not trying to emulate live, it will make is easier for me.
