I just thought about this. Is there a way? I mean Beastlord came out after I played so obviously we can disable it for clients that do not have the class listed. So could I disable certain classes? This could be a huge game changer for development if I can.

To disable the selection at character creation is a login server thing that we haven't gotten around to yet. On the server I believe it is possible to change the class when the character is created but I do not remember how off hand, basically though if they created a beast or channeler set there class to commoner and make them pick a new class.
