/reload spawns

Does /reload spawns reload just the current zone the GM is on or world wide? I have not tried it when I had my slave labor texture person on, not yet anyway. If it does it server wide we may need one for vicinity, or pass a variable to the function with a vicinity. They did something like this in the EqEmulator source and it is invaluable when you were doing something like a GM event and needed to just reload the spawns within a range from the GM.
Also do we have somewhere that we have a list of broken things in the Emu? I think we need this. I have a few things I know for a fact causes crashes that we need to eventually fix. I found last night if you accidentally fall through the world you will crash the server and every time that player logs back in, you will crash it again.
