Maybe a dumb question, I thought it would just come to me, but it never happened. What does Enc Level stand for?

In quests? I am not sure, I have never really seen a change in anything so I just leave it set to the same as level as most packets from live seem to be that way.

Isn't this for encounter levels? Like changing from regular to heroic etc etc.

Cynnar is correct, I was thinking there was a heroic field for that but there isn't, getting my tables confused...

I think it would be good idea to have documentation somewhere that has table and column explanations. Maybe the wiki?
