Eq2emu database editor and new MySQL update

The Eq2emu database editor.....
I run windows 10 and after a lot of troubleshooting thanks to Gangerous, Cynnar, and I. We found that the Eq2emu database editor specifically wants 6.9.8... The new update 6.9.9 will render it not executable. The editor is used on servers development so if you are a beta tester, fan, or gamer this will not affect you much. Carry on:)
TLDR
mySQL update to 6.9.9 breaks Eq2emu database Editior somewhat revert back to 6.9.8 to get it back up and running.
