How can you have min coin greater than max coin?

Also, when I do know the answer to this mystery, we have no min coin, we have coin and max_coin. Do I guess coin is the same as min_coin?

You can't, that would be a bug with live either with the quest itself or the data export but as the majority of quests exported fine it is probably a bug with the quest itself.

And yes coin is min_coin, so I would just swap those two values.

There are quite a few in there, that the numbers are reversed. 12,001 quest rewards and a good number are reversed. I will roll with it.
