After some years of abstinence I would like to say hello.
I have joined this Project 2009 and following it since a few years.
My Adventures in Norrath (EQ2) has begun Feb. 2005 on the German Server Innovation. After some Servermerges from Inno to Valor and now to Thurgadin all the old friends have left the game
I have great hope in eq2 emulator project and hope that in the future there will be a fully functional eq2 emulator. Especially I hope that it will be possible here again to experience an old eq2 as I knew it again.
My server is running but unfortunately I cant currently test because I have only the liveclient and this seems to be not supported at the moment.
The last Expansion that i could buy boxed with dvd was TSO. After that there was only the possibility to download. At least in Germany. I have tried the patcher and some old backups on my NAS but nothing will working. The Liveclient logged in but crashes when the Character is added to the world *sad*

So i stay tuned and sends greets from germany. And Sorry, my english is not the best

If the client is crashing then it is likely the opcodes like Cynnar suggested in another post. This post has an attachment of the new opcodes, just source them into your worlds DB and restart the world and then the client should be able to connect.
