Qeynos(new combined version) Housing Updates

Here are some updates for housing in qeynos (these only work in the new Qeynos zones right now) the one that there is no door between north and south qeynos

1. all door housing widgets in zone is added and doors have ACCESS TOUR VISIT on them
2. all qeynos housing has bee added to the housing table

when i get home today i will upload
1. all changes i made to widgets table
2. updateed houses table
3. some code changes needed for housing

TODO: not necessarily in order
1. get remaining houses in game added to house table
2. update door widgets for those houses
3. Spring cleaning in all the base houses( when house zones were collected and then mass popped, it appears all items that were in houses when they were collected are still in the houses now when you zone in) so want to remove all these excess spawns in house so when we rent them out they are empty and clean
