is there a way to see if i am in a guild
need to fix merchant sell lists to not put status in sell price if your not in a guild

I don't there is a function for it. But i guess you can try...

Guild* guild = client->GetPlayer()->GetGuild();
	if (guild) 
           <do stuff>
