The Big Thank You Thread

Post by Arremis » Wed Jan 30, 2008 8:00 am

I am an EQ2 addict. I have been since I was given the oppertunity to beta test EQ2. I've not been able to find another game like it since. Since this project began I have been following it, watching it like a hawk, awaiting the day I can log in and play.
I know the project is still in its baby steps, but I thought it would be a good time to take a moment and thank the people who are making this emulator possible. LethalEncounter, John Adams, Riven, Diamente, the server owners, the testers, the packet collectors, and the community that supports them.
Your efforts could not be more appreciated. I think you're doing a great job, and give you my full support. So sit back, have a smile, and here's you a pat on the back. Last but not least,
THANK YOU :D

Thank you, Arremis. Sounds like you have vast experience with the game that could come in handy =) /recruit!
Have you gotten into one of the emu servers and played around yet? Or set up your own? I am just amazed every time I get a new emu running at the efforts people make in this respect. Truly admirable. I love my emus. :)

I haven't played in about a year now. Subscriptions got too expensive for me. That's why I'm thrilled about the emu! I will be setting up a server when the emu gets a little further along, when I can get my hands on a RoK box set, and my laptop network will give me a tower to set the server up on :)
