Client jerking on mouse look
Another things freaking my client out. When you right click to pan your camera around, your game client ends up looking in a different direction. Multiple threads on this...

Re: Client jerking on mouse look
I hated this annoying bug so much.
Thanks for the tip about synchronized refresh setting. Although, I have a feeling they probably did some server coding to prevent the mouse from freaking out, because I could tell the difference between live server and Stitch PVP server before you mentioned about this option.

Haven't tried it yet either, but sometimes it was so bad that I just logged off and said to hell with it.

Re: Client jerking on mouse look
I had it all the time as well, after changing those settings it does still happen but it is rare now instead of every time time I click the mouse.

Re: Client jerking on mouse look
Has anyone tried cl_mouselook_capture_windows_mouse false as well?
This topic talks about it. I seen a post saying it is the synchronized refresh as he tried the mouselook in the ini, but who knows maybe both together will work better.
Looks like it is not a 100% fix so we will have to live with it. Unless we can get xinux to find it in his dissembler and patch it for us.

Re: Client jerking on mouse look
I have done both and it has solved the issue for the most part. It still happens but is extremely rare so I can deal with it, before it got so bad that every click could cause it which really kills your mood to work on anything.
